Padaric Kolander is a mixed media artist primarily working in drawing, painting and printmaking. His work mainly focuses on layering personal observations and experiences with people, plants and animals arranged seemingly out of context.
Padaric Kolander grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and earned his BFA from Eastern New Mexico University in 2002. He has exhibited across Texas, and the country, and received the Hunting Art Prize in 2016. Padaric currently lives and works in Austin, Texas where he splits his time as a graphic designer and photographer for a local stone company, and working in his home studio.
